Martin Adams withdraws from the World Seniors Matchplay
News broke today that Martin Adams has withdrawn from the World Seniors Matchplay in York this coming weekend due to personal reasons. The three-time Lakeside champion was seeded four in the draw.
A few weeks ago Adam’s partner sadly passed away and the Matchplay has come around too soon for Wolfie to return to action.

Hedman played in the 2022 Matchplay, defeating Trina Gulliver in the opening round before losing 8-4 to Phil Taylor in Hull.
The World Seniors Matchplay gets underway this Saturday afternoon.
