PDC Summer Series Lineup Revealed

The PDC Summer Series lineup revealed, ahead of next weeks return to action.

The list of players who will take part in the PDC Summer Series in Milton Keynes has been released. Ahead of the Summer Series, there had been much speculation into how many of the PDC elite would travel to Milton Keynes due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Earlier in the week, PDC Matt Porter had said he expected good numbers, somewhere around 120.

Now it can be released that 117 of the 128 tour card holders have entered the Summer Series. The other 11 places have been made up of the Challenge Tour ranking. All the big guns including Michael van Gerwen, Peter Wright, Gerwyn Price and Gary Anderson are among the leading names heading to Milton Keynes.

The Summer Series is the last chance to qualify for the World Matchplay. With £75,000 in prize money per day up for grabs, there could be some exciting movement in the ranking table.

The eleven tour card holders that are missing out on the Summers Series are as follows; Cristo Reyes, Damon Heta, Daniel Larsson, Jesus Nogeura, John Michael, Kyle Anderson; as well as Marko Kantele, Steffen Siepmann, Toni Alcinas, Wesley Harms and Yordi Meeuwisse. These eleven are not travelling for various reasons. Among the high profile players from the Challenge Tour are; Scott Mitchell, Robert Collins, Andrew Gilding, Cameron Menzies and James Hubbard.
