The 2020 BoyleSports World Grand Prix is here.
Two months on from the last ranked TV event, the Betfred World Matchplay, big time darts is back on our screens.
Here, we’ll let you know:
The 2020 BoyleSports World Grand Prix will take place behind closed doors at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
It will be the first time since 2001 that the event will not be held at the Citywest near Dublin since 2001. This is due to the venue being used as a field hospital during the coronavirus pandemic.
The PDC still want fans to be part of the event though. They’ve asked them to submit videos to be part of their video wall. They will also play crowd noise inside the venue as well on the TV broadcast.
Fans can also download their own 180 card.
The field is made up of the top 16 from the:

Even if Wright goes further than Van Gerwen this year, the Green Machine will still comfortably be top of the PDC Order of Merit at the end of the week.
Daryl Gurney and Mensur Suljovic will be defending £23,500 on their rankings. They both made the semi finals in Dublin two years ago.
The prize fund remains at £450,000 as in 2019. It’s broken down like this:
