Premier League Night Thirteen Preview

We return to Scotland with just four nights remaining, before we know our final four for Berlin.

Record-breaking James Wade won the night in Dublin to make it two wins out of the last three weeks.

The top two Scots meet in Glasgow

Gary Anderson and Peter Wright will meet in Glasgow for the first time in Premier League action, as Scotland welcomes back two of their heroes who have picked up two World Championship titles each.

It’s been a disappointing Premier League for Gary Anderson who has only picked up wins on two Premier League nights, winning just four games all season. To qualify for the top four Gary would need to win all four remaining nights and hope Peter Wright loses the first round all four weeks, with other results going his way.

Peter Wright hasn’t had it all his own during the campaign so far, failing to win a night since the opener in Cardiff. However, Snakebite has collected 20 points up to week 13, and he’s five points clear of Joe Cullen in fifth place.

These players have met three times so far in the Premier League with Peter Wright being victorious twice.

The winner of the Scottish tie will meet a player from the top four, with Jonny Clayton taking on last weeks winner James Wade.

Green Machine takes on Rockstar

Michael van Gerwen comes into week 13 following another Euro Tour win, after defeating Danny Noppert at Austrian Darts open.

Tonight, Michaels focus will be on collecting the 10k and returning the top league. Michael currently sits in second place, fourth points off Jonny who leads the table.

The weeks just get bigger and bigger for Joe Cullen, with just four weeks remaining, Rockstar is five points off the play off places and will need to start his run sooner rather than later if he wants to be in Berlin for the Final.

This will be the final Quarter-Final and the winner will take on either Gerwyn Price or Michael Smith.

Premier League Format

Each night will see quarter-finals, semi-finals, and a final played over the best of 11 legs (first to six).
Each player will meet the other seven players twice throughout the season in a quarter-final game, plus two further nights will feature additional fixtures in the same format.
