Luke Humphries beat Luke Littler to win the 2025 Premier League Darts.

In a rematch of the 2024 Premier League Final, the world number took advantage of missed doubles from the defending champion in the middle of the match, eventually coming through 11-8 in another absorbing contest between the pair.

It also means that Cool Hand has won the World Darts Championship, Premier League Darts and the World Matchplay, becoming the fourth player in darting history to win the PDC Triple Crown.

Littler starts strong but Humphries holds firm

Both had to overcome tough semi finals to get to the showpiece match. In the first semi final, Littler was 6-4 down at the ten leg interval to Gerwyn Price. The Nuke though then won six of the seven legs after the restart, eventually winning 10-7.

Humphries also defeated his semi final opponent Nathan Aspinall by the same scoreline with an average of 105.81. It was 7-7 between the pair, before Cool Hand reeled three on the spin, eventually winning with an 87 checkout for an 11 darter.

Littler started the brighter of the pair, taking just 45 darts to establish a 3-0 lead including a break. However, after Humphries held in the fourth, both missed multiple darts to take the fifth leg. Cool Hand managed to eventually break on double two, before hitting a lovely 130 outshot to bring the game level.

The defending champion Littler reestablished a two leg lead, before missing darts to win both of the next two legs. This allowed Humphries to clean up 25 and 36 respectively to level the match once more at 5-5 at the interval.

Humphries becomes Premier League Darts champion

Unlike 12 months ago, when he had a nine darter hit against him by Littler, Humphries came out of the interval with an 11 dart break, hitting 91 after The Nuke missed a bull for a 121 to take the lead for the first time. 12 darts later, he took out double 18 to go 7-5 in front.

Both held twice to give Humphries a 9-7 lead, before two more holds put the world number one 10-8 up and one away. He then missed a dart at tops for the title, before Littler missed double seven to extend the match. Cool Hand then pinged double 10 for a 14 darter, and the 2025 Premier League Darts title.
