The final night of the 2024 BetMGM Premier League commences at the iconic O2 Arena where either Luke Littler, Luke Humphries, Michael van Gerwen or Michael Smith will lift the Premier League trophy and take home the jackpot of £275,000.

Luke Littler

Following on from his run to the final at the 2024 World Championship, Littler was selected for the 2024 Premier League for the first time.

The 17-year-old has achieved great success in his debut campaign, finishing top of the group phase and has won four Nightly wins in Belfast, Manchester, Liverpool and Aberdeen.

While that provided half of his points tally due to the points system, runs to two further finals and several semi-finals allowed him to confirm his top spot in the final week in Sheffield.

Littler’s tournament average is 99.20 and is the most prolific 180 hitter of the final four, with 114 thrown in the past 16 weeks.

Luke Humphries

Fellow debutant is the reigning world champion Luke Humphries who finished the league phase in second place.

Humphries has won four Nightly wins himself in Brighton, Nottingham, Dublin and Leeds. During Week 6-8 he secured three Nightly wins on the trot before winning in front of a crowd of the city of his football club later on in the season.

The Newbury born star has the highest tournament average of the final four with 100.46 throughout the 16 weeks and will face Michael van Gerwen in his semi-final matchup.

Michael van Gerwen

Michael van Gerwen finished third in the league phase in what has been a mixed campaign for the Dutchman.

While he has claimed four Nightly wins himself, three of which in the opening four weeks in Berlin, Glasgow and Newcastle, the Dutchman raced into top spot.

From Week 5 he struggled to continue his remarkable form but was able to find additional points where it mattered to cement himself in the play-off spots, with a final Nightly win in Birmingham to follow.

Despite a mixed campaign Van Gerwen should never be written off in the Premier League as it is his best tournament, as he comes into tonight as the reigning champion and has won the Premier League seven times.

Michael Smith

Michael Smith sneaked his way into fourth spot on the last night of the season defeating his rival Nathan Aspinall to book his place before going on his way to pick up his second Nightly win.

Smith’s two Nightly wins were in Cardiff and Sheffield and will be going in as an underdog despite his given ability and will be hoping to go one better of his best appearance back in 2018 where he reached the final.

Smith has the worst tournament average of 96.45 out of the final four, but his two play-off appearances prior to today could edge him.

Smith takes on Littler and last week saw him overcome a 4-1 deficit to win 6-5 which should provide some much needed confidence that he can defeat the league phase winner.
