2024 European Championship Darts draw announced
Defending European Championship Darts champion Peter Wright will begin the defence of his title against Jermaine Wattimena.
Snakebite will be looking to win the event for the third time, having also won the title in 2020.
The top 32 players on the 2024 European Tour Order of Merit gained qualification for the European Championship Darts, which will be held from 24-27 October in Dortmund. The number one seed is Martin Schindler, who won two Euro Tour events in the year. The Wall starting his quest for a first European Championship Darts title against Dirk van Duijvenbode.
The number two seed is also a two time winner of the Euro Tour, in the shape of world number one Luke Humphries. Cool Hand will play Nathan Aspinall in one of the games of the first round, as he looks to win one of the two ranked events he’s not won since the World Grand Prix last year,
Luke Littler bids for his first TV ranked title at the European Championship, and will start his campaign against Andrew Gilding. Elsewhere, Gerwyn Price will take on Daryl Gurney in the 16th and 17th seed battle, while Michael van Gerwen takes on Gabriel Clemens and Rob Cross faces last year’s runner up James Wade.
