Stephen Bunting to defend his Nordic Darts Masters title as lineup confirmed

Luke Littler and defending champion Stephen Bunting will spearhead a blockbuster field when the World Series of Darts heads back to Copenhagen for the 2026 Mr Vegas Nordic Darts Masters.

The event takes place on June 5-6 at the Forum Copenhagen, marking the return of World Series action following the opening events of the year in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

As with all World Series tournaments, the format will feature 16 players competing across two days, with eight elite PDC stars taking on eight representatives from the Nordic and Baltic regions.

World number one Littler headlines the PDC contingent as he looks to continue his remarkable rise by adding another World Series crown to his growing collection. The reigning World Champion already lifted silverware in Saudi Arabia earlier this year and will now target a sixth title on the World Series circuit.

Joining him in Denmark is world number two Luke Humphries, while three-time world champion and World Series stalwart Michael van Gerwen also returns. Van Gerwen lifted the Nordic Darts Masters title in 2021 and remains the most successful player in World Series history.

Bunting will return to Copenhagen aiming to defend the title he captured last year, while Gerwyn Price—the 2024 champion—also features in a stacked field as he bids for another triumph in the Danish capital.

One of the most intriguing additions to this year’s line-up is Gian van Veen, with the reigning European Champion set to make his debut in Denmark after his rapid ascent up the world rankings.

Jonny Clayton has earned his first World Series invitation of 2026 thanks to his outstanding form this season, while veteran star James Wade completes the list of PDC representatives after returning to the world’s top six.

The regional challenge will include several familiar names from across the Nordic and Baltic scene. Madars Razma is set to represent Latvia once again, while Norway’s Cor Dekker joins the field.

Lithuanian number one Darius Labanauskas—a former World Championship quarter-finalist—also returns, bringing valuable big-stage experience to the home contingent.

Swedish trio Jeffrey de Graaf, Oskar Lukasiak and Viktor Tingstrom will also feature, with the final two regional places still to be decided via the PDC Nordic & Baltic ProTour Rankings.

With world champions, major winners and top regional talent all set to converge on Copenhagen, the 2026 Nordic Darts Masters promises another high-quality chapter in this year’s World Series of Darts calendar.
