In a rematch of the January World Championship final, world champion Luke Littler will take on seven-time champion Michael van Gerwen on the opening night in Belfast to start his defense of the BetMGM Premier League championship.
Before the Play-Offs at the end of May, eight of the biggest names in sports will compete in 16 mini-events in the BetMGM Premier League. Each league night will feature quarterfinals, semifinals, and a final over the best of 11 legs.
On Thursday, February 6, Belfast’s SSE Arena will host the 2025 season’s opening night. The main event will feature a thrilling matchup between the current champion Littler and Dutch sensation Van Gerwen.
World No. 1 Luke Humphries will face Nathan Aspinall, a previous World Matchplay champion, to begin his campaign. The victor will face either Littler or Van Gerwen in the semi-finals.
In the first quarterfinal, Chris Dobey and Gerwyn Price square off in a rematch of their last eight World Championship matchups, while Stephen Bunting returns to the Premier League against Rob Cross, the 2018 World Champion.
On February 13, Night Two will be held at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro, where Van Gerwen, who won in Glasgow a year ago, will compete against Bunting for a spot in the Scottish semi-finals.

On February 20, Bunting will also be the main attraction at Night Three in Dublin, where he will face Humphries in the first match of the evening and Littler will face 2023 runner-up Price.
Stablemates Dobey and Aspinall will face off against Westpoint Exeter on Night Four, while Bunting will take on Littler. Former World Champions Van Gerwen and Cross will also face off.
On Night Five in Brighton on March 6, Price and Van Gerwen square off in a rematch of the 2023 Premier League final, with Littler or Dobey waiting for the victor in the round of four.
In a rematch of the previous year’s final, the world’s top two Humphries and Littler will resume their rivalry at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham on March 13 as part of the darting roadshow.
Prior to Price taking center stage on Night Seven at Cardiff’s Utilita Arena when he returns home, Aspinall and Van Gerwen will also square off in the East Midlands.
In the Welsh capital, Littler and Aspinall will also face off, with Humphries facing three-time World Champion Van Gerwen in another thrilling bout.
The matches for Night Eight and Night 16 will be decided by the league rankings at the start of each night. The quarterfinal schedule for 14 of the 16 league nights is shown below in draw bracket order.
