Littler Set to Defend Title as Draw Confirmed for Superbet Poland Darts Masters
World Champion Luke Littler will begin the defence of his Superbet Poland Darts Masters title against Czech number one Karel Sedláček, as the full draw and schedule for this weekend’s event in Gliwice have now been revealed.
The third staging of the Poland Darts Masters, part of the PDC’s World Series of Darts circuit, takes place at the PreZero Arena on July 4–5. Eight PDC elite players will face off against eight top talents from Eastern Europe in a two-day battle for glory on Polish soil.
Littler returns to Gliwice as the reigning champion after a dazzling debut last year, where he defeated Peter Wright, Michael Smith, and Rob Cross en route to claiming his second World Series crown. Still just a teenager, Littler has already amassed an impressive resume, and will be looking to add another title to his growing collection.
His opponent in the opening round is Sedláček, a seasoned campaigner who has been a standout performer for Czech darts. Sedláček helped guide his country to a historic quarter-final finish at the World Cup of Darts in Frankfurt last month, and now has the opportunity to shine on the individual stage.
Friday’s opening round will feature all eight PDC stars facing regional challengers, with the winners progressing to Saturday’s Finals Day, where the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final will all be played during a bumper evening session.

Another big name returning to the Polish stage is Michael van Gerwen. The Dutch legend and 2023 Poland Darts Masters champion will begin his quest for a repeat triumph against Croatia’s Pero Ljubić, a Tour Card Holder making his World Series debut. Van Gerwen returned to action at last weekend’s US Darts Masters after a short break and will be hoping to find top gear in Gliwice.
The draw was conducted with a special touch of Polish sporting history, as former national team goalkeeper and Liverpool icon Jerzy Dudek helped determine the first-round matchups.
Among the most anticipated clashes is Welsh star Jonny Clayton taking on local hero Krzysztof Ratajski. The Polish number one will enjoy strong home support as he looks to upset one of the sport’s most consistent performers. Meanwhile, Clayton’s World Cup teammate Gerwyn Price has drawn another Polish opponent in Sebastian Białecki, the talented youngster who has made waves on the ProTour and previously reached the UK Open quarter-finals.
Top seed Stephen Bunting, who has enjoyed a career resurgence in 2025 with victories in Bahrain and Copenhagen, will face Poland’s Tytus Kanik in his opener. Bunting will be eager to make a deep run in Gliwice as he seeks his first Poland Darts Masters crown.
Rob Cross, last year’s runner-up in Poland, begins his campaign against Krzysztof Kciuk, another Polish representative who will be aiming to channel the energy of the home crowd to cause an upset. Cross recently made headlines with a deep run in the US Darts Masters and will look to carry that form across the Atlantic.
Fresh from reaching the final in New York, Nathan Aspinall finds himself in another challenging test, facing Polish number two Radek Szaganski in the first round. Aspinall has looked sharp in recent events and will be one to watch over the weekend.
Rounding out the draw is Chris Dobey, making his debut in the Poland Darts Masters. The former Masters champion takes on Hungarian qualifier György Jehirszki, who earned his place through Eastern Europe’s competitive pathway.
The event promises a festival of darts for Polish fans, with the PreZero Arena expected to deliver a passionate atmosphere across both days. After Friday’s matchups, the drama will intensify on Saturday as the remaining eight players battle it out for the title in one action-packed session.
With the field stacked with proven winners and regional hopefuls hungry to impress, the 2025 Superbet Poland Darts Masters is set to deliver another thrilling chapter in the World Series of Darts.
