Michael Smith After 15 Weeks Of Lockdown
Michael Smith after 15 weeks of lockdown and isolation is ready to hit the ground running.
Bully Boy Michal Smith talks excessively to Online Darts, about darts returning to action. After fifteen long weeks of lockdown Smith is excited about the return of competitive play on the PDC tour. Smooth did compete in the PDC Home Tour during the lockdown, but ranked events are now set to return.
A lot has changed over the last three months, and the players’ championships will look very different from when the players last meet in Barnsley. But Smith is embracing the changes and can’t wait for the Summer Series to start.
“I think on Tuesday when we have to go to Milton Keynes, will be like our Christmas Eve going to the venue getting ready to play.
On arrival at Milton Keynes all of the 128 players will be tested for COVID 19, Smith relieved that he was tested a month ago and is very confident that his test will be negative this time around as well.
“ Just knowing my luck I’ll get there, I’ve not been out for fifteen weeks and test positive. Then have to drive all the way back home and sit here for another two weeks.
“I had a test about four weeks ago and that game back negative, so I’m quite confinement that this other test for the PDC will come back negative as well.”
