Price began the match with a 115 outshot, before King held to level. The Iceman then missed bull for a 72, allowing The King a poke at 109 to break. He hit it on tops and held in the next leg to take a 1-0 lead.

Searle hit three ton plus checkouts, including a 170 Big Fish outshot, to defeat Humphries 3-1 in a classic game.
