PDC 2022 UK Open field confirmed
The 2022 Cazoo UK Open field has been set after the final qualifiers this weekend ahead of the event next month at Butlin’s Minehead Resort, which will take place from March 4-6.
Rileys Amateur Qualifiers and top players from the 2021 PDC Unicorn Challenge Tour and Development Tour Orders of Merit compete alongside PDC Tour Card Holders over three days in a unique multi-board competition.
Tour Card Holders will compete in the first four rounds of a 159-player field based on their PDC Order of Merit after the 2022 International Darts Open.
On Friday, March 4, the first three rounds will be held in the afternoon session, with the top 32 qualifying for the fourth round in the evening session.
On Monday, February 28, the first three rounds of the event will be drawn.
Due to personal circumstances, Tour Card Holder Michael Unterbuchner will not compete. As a result, there will be 127 Tour Card Holders competing, with one player receiving a first-round bye.
The Tour Card Holders ranked 97-127 will be joined by 16 Rileys Amateur Qualifiers and 16 players from the 2021 Challenge Tour and Development Tour in the first round.
The Tour Card Holders ranked 65-96 will compete in round two, followed by the players ranked 33-64 in round three.
The full 159-player field is listed below, with Tour Card Holders listed in current Order of Merit position (as at February 21 2022).
